It can help determine how much protein, carbs and fat that is essential to meeting your targets – whether that target be weight gain, weight loss or simply maintaining where you are just now.
Click a few buttons, tell the calculator what you’re looking to do and it will give you a breakdown of what you should be eating – from this, you can come back to PrepCo and use our own macro and calorie data to figure out the best sized portions to help meet your weight and fitness goals.
There is still lots of flexibility involved in using a macro calculator as well – perhaps you’d prefer larger meals, or maybe you might prefer smaller meals and snacks in between. The meals not only have to fit how you feel but also your lifestyle and your workday as well.
